Broadway Boot Camp

What: OE Theatre's Broadway Boot Camp is a four day dance intensive and audition workshop focused on our Winter Musical: Mean Girls. The camp will conclude with a pizza party and screening of the 2024 film version of Mean Girls.

• Meet our choreographer, Millie Bell ​

• Workshop auditioning skills with 3 theatre professionals

• Hone specific dancing skills

• Improve your vocal, dance, and acting technique

• Learn different styles of dance; including tap, jazz, and hip hop

• Get tips, experience, and advice for auditioning

• Learn choreography to be used in our production of Mean Girls

• Meet and have fun with fellow OE Theatre Members

How Much: $40.00 per student

Where: Olathe East Auditorium

Who: Any Olathe East Student is eligible to attend

When: 4 days after school…

• Monday, Aug. 19th - 2:45-5:00

• Tuesday, Aug. 20th - 2:45-5:00

• Wednesday, Aug. 21st - 2:45-5:00 (we wear pink)

• Thursday, Aug. 22nd - 2:45-5:00 (Pizza/Watch party to follow)
